Dealer to Dealer Parts Transfer
Attention: Porsche Parts Manager / Parts Personnel
Many of you are currently using the Dealer to Dealer Parts Transfer process for the parts you need that may be located at
other dealerships. It is a safe, fast and efficient way to move unwanted inventory or fill parts requirements for components
temporarily unavailable at PCNA. In most cases, credits and debits will be completed prior to the parts shipment.
We ask that you make arrangements with the dealer in possession of the parts to confirm:
•
if parts are available
•
when and how they can ship
•
agreed-on price (this may or may not be MSRP. Price is solely up to the selling dealer).
Process for filling out D2D Parts Transfer Form
• Form should be sent by selling dealer only.
•
Fill out form on page 2 and email to [email protected]. Be sure to include D2D in the subject line.
•
Ensure all fields are complete:
- Dealer code of seller /Dealer code of buyer / Quantity / part number
- Parts will be invoiced at dealer net unless otherwise noted on form.
- If you want to debit/credit the freight, please check box and indicate the amount. Freight is the responsibility of
the dealers. Note that the form auto-calculates the money amounts you enter for parts and shipping. Part(s) will
be billed as submitted on the form by the selling dealer.
• Response time is 4-7 business days depending on volume
• Confirmation emails will always be sent once processed
• Your parts credits & debits will appear on the dealership parts statement. Should you have any additional
