Before beginning the installation of the accessory side rocker trim (aka "garnish"), part number VA40-V3-100, read these
instructions.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
To ensure proper alignment of the side rocker trim parts to the vehicle door cladding, follow the steps below immediately
after installing the side rocker trim parts using the original installation instructions.
NOTE: If you do not have a copy of the installation instructions, they can be found here: Accessories E-catalog
(Installation Instructions).
1. Check for proper alignment to the door cladding tangency point as shown in the images below.
2. If parts are misaligned, immediately remove them and re-position.
3. If holes have been drilled incorrectly and are the cause of the misalignment, the door cladding must be replaced.
