SUBJECT: APU Electrical Outlet Harness
The outlet harness that connects at the CCU board (JP1) will need to be inspected during installation to ensure
that it is wired correctly. This inspection will be needed on 200INT, 210STA and 230SKY models from serial
number UVU91685542 to VVB91707624.
If a harness is identified as being wired incorrectly, order part number 30-753-01K from PPG. Installation of the
incorrectly wired harness may cause an electrical shock to the technician and/or operator.
A Field Action Claim can be entered in WebClaim 2.0, ref erencing R-992. Option 1 will pay a $20 f lat charge for
completing the inspection. If the harness is f ound to be incorrect, select Option 2 which will reimburse the part and an
additional 0.1 hour in labor will be provided to change the part. Identif ied serial numbers are preloaded in WebClaim
2.0. The harness will be on mandatory part return (MPR).
The below diagram identifies which colors go to corresponding terminals at the CCU board.
The below pictures identify correct and incorrect wiring of the JP1 plug.
