NOTE: Fleet Improvement ( FI ) Campaigns are not published programs. A copy
of the document from the fleet, District Service Manager, or Warranty
Administrator will be required to properly complete a claim.
- Campaign and Recall labor code crossover documentation can be found on
TDP.
1. From the TDP home page, click on the Uptime tab, located on
the bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Warranty from the sub-menu that opens
3. The link for the crossover documents is found under the
Warranty tab located in the menu on the right-hand side of the
page.
• It may be necessary to click the plus (+) button next to
Warranty to expand the menu. The plus will turn to a minus (-)
when the menu is expanded.
