Technical Description: – A front suspension knocking type noise may be heard from ball joint area, however root cause is not understood. Status: – – – – Engineering is currently investigating this concern. SSM 75648 (Land Rover) and 75649 (Jaguar) have been published to support diagnosis and investigation of this concern. Engineering is requesting information to be provided in an EPQR submission to help support the investigation. Please refer to these SSMs should a customer express a concern, retain any replaced parts and submit an EPQR with the requested data to support the investigation. Thank you for your support.
