Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2014-2016 Odysseys & 2014-2015 Pilots with customer complaint of
vibration in the steering wheel while braking. To fully understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect
specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1.
2014MY Odyssey VIN must be after 5FNRL5…EB123022.
2.
2014MY Pilot VIN must be after 5FNYF3…EB000999 (2WD) or 5FNYF4…EB014837 (4WD)
3.
All 2015MY Pilot VINs, 2015MY & 2016MY Odyssey VINs accepted.
4.
Must confirm brake judder.
5.
No previous repair relating to the brakes.
Action Required
If you have or know of such a vehicle, please call Technical Research & Support (TRS) Group at 800-880-1072. TRS will
need to record certain vehicle information and provide you with further instructions.
