Are you reading a DTC B121E (climate control unit lost communication with touch control panel) on the HDS and you
can’t find anything in the service information to help you troubleshoot it? Just use the troubleshooting procedure for
DTC U0180 (lost communication with auto L/T); it’s the one you want.
DTC B121E was mistakenly assigned to this vehicle and really doesn’t apply. We’ll be revising the DTC U0180
troubleshooting procedure to include DTC B121E.
