This is an update to an existing record.

     Per the requirements of 49
USC 30164 and 49 CFR Part 551, Bulk Tank International is submitting the “Suggested Designation of Agent for Service of Process” form for purpose of
reassigning our designated agent.  I certify that, under
penalty of perjury, I declare that all the information requested for change, to
the best of my knowledge and belief, true, correct and complete.

     Bulk International S de RL de CV is a manufacturer of
cargo tank motor vehicles located in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico and
is governed  by Mexican authority.  Please be advised that in 2009, Bulk
International S de RL de CV officially notified the Mexican authority (Dr
Francisco Ramos Gomez, Direccion General de Normas) and SAE of a corporate name
change.  At the time of this name change,
we had thought, in error, that notifying the Mexican Authority and SAE
completed the required communication. 
With this letter we are now notifying NHTSA of our corporate name change.

     For the record, from 2009 through 12/31/2014 Bulk Tank
International operated with World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI) of
3B9/007.  In April, 2013 Bulk Tank
International applied to the Mexican Authority for a new WMI for a manufacturer
of over 500 vehicles per year and began using the new WMI of 3E1 on
1/1/2014.  Throughout this time there
have been no physical address changes.  Bulk
Tank International S de RL de CV has assumed responsibility for and retained
all records and documents for all activities previously performed by Bulk
International S de RL de CV and will provide support as required

     Also, in accordance with
49CFR Part 566, Manufacturer Identification, Bulk Tank International, S de R.L. de C.V.  is submitting the completed Manufacturer and
Product Identification form.  Bulk Tank International is a high volume trailer manufacturer assigned WMI: 3E1.
