Cover Letter

Hello,

My name is Christian Denton, I work at Alexander Dennis Limited.

We are already registered with you on the system.  Our first submission was by Philip Bicknell on 14th December 2004.  Then, a second submission was sent to you dated 26th June 2012.

Whilst this is an update to an existing record, it is not possible to show the changes to our current record.  That is because we do not know which current record you hold.  Online it appears to be the 2004 record but we have since submitted the 2012 record and cannot see that online.

Apologies for this.  Please be assured that if you need any further clarification, do not hesistate to contact me.  E-mail contact may work better than the telephone due to time differences (I work in the United Kingdom).
