• Recall 193415 [USA]: Belt separation could lead to loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Heartland recreational vehicles, llc (heartland) is recalling certain 2021-2022 cyclone, fuel, gravity, and warrior vehicles equipped with certain sailun tires, sizes st235/80r16 and st235/85r16. Due to a manufacturing issue, the tires may experience a belt separation.
  dealers will inspect the tire dot codes, and replace the tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed march 7, 2022. Owners may contact heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032 or sailun customer service at 1-844-281-9696.

• Recall 231213 [USA]: Loose wires can cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.
  Heartland recreational vehicles, llc (heartland) is recalling certain 2020-2021 heartland cyclone and 2019-2021 road warrior toy hauler recreational trailers. The transfer switch wire securement lugs may have been improperly tightened during production, causing the wires to come loose.
  dealers will inspect and tighten the securement lugs, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed december 16, 2021. Owners may contact heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032.

• Recall 150171 [USA]: If the landing legs buckle, the trailer will drop unexpectedly, increasing the risk of property damage, personal injury or death.
  Heartland recreational vehicles, llc (heartland) is recalling certain 2019-2021 cyclone and 2020-2021 bighorn traveler, and elkridge recreational trailers. Due to insufficient bracing, the front landing legs may buckle and collapse while the trailer is parked.
  heartland will notify owners, and dealers will install a jack bracket to reinforce the landing legs, free of charge. The recall began october 9, 2020. Owners may contact heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032.

• Recall 2022012 [Canada]: Tires
  Issue: certain rv trailers were built with tires that may have a defect. As a result, the tire tread and belts could separate. If this happens, the tire could fail and suddenly lose air pressure. Note: this recall only affects trailers equipped with certain st235/80r16 g or st235/85r16 g tires. The tires are marked with plant code 1yj, and within the date code range of 2020 - 4120. If you have tires with a different date code, please also see transport canada recall 2021-729. Safety risk: a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: heartland rv will notify owners by mail to advise you of this problem. You should contact an authorized sailun tire dealer if you have tires manufactured within these date ranges or if you need help inspecting them. All tires affected by this recall will be replaced.

• Recall 2021668 [Canada]: Electrical
  Issue: on certain rv trailers, the wire connections on the power transfer switch may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the connections could loosen and create electrical arcing (sparks) or cause wires to overheat. Safety risk: overheated wiring or sparks could create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: heartland will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to inspect and tighten the wire connections within the transfer switch box, as required.
