Jayco has determined that on certain model year 2013 Jay Flight Travel Trailers the power cord
requires a hook to hold it away from the furnace exhaust.
The coverage period for this Technical Service Bulletin is for one (1) year from the release of this
notification. If you have any questions on this Bulletin, please contact our Customer Service
department at 800-283-8267. A copy of the bulletin is attached.

at no cost to you.
The coverage period for this Technical Service Bulletin is for one (1) year from the release of this

Isopropyl alcohol and shop rag
Instructions
1.
Apply putty tape to the back of the hook. Install the hook at the rear trim edge and at a height that will adequately keep the
cord away from the furnace vent (Fig. 1a).
2.
Using the isopropyl alcohol and a shop rag, clean the area between the hook and the cord access door. Allow to dry.
Apply the warning label between the hook and cord access (Fig. 2a).
