Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2010-2012 Odysseys, Pilots & Ridgelines with a complaint of oil leak at
the B-Cap side bolts. To fully understand the cause of this occurrence, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you
attempting a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1.
VINs starting with 5FN or 5FP.
2.
Vehicle must be under the Powertrain Warranty (5 years or 60,000 miles)
3.
Leak must be from the V6 B-Cap Side Bolts.
4.
