Parts
NOTE: The fuel pump and the fuel pump mounting gasket will be used on all repairs, but
are listed as optional as they will only be claimed to the TRP when an ESN is out of
coverage.
NOTE: The remaining parts are optional based on the damage inspection/repair
direction outlined in TSB140019 and when converting from a three cylinder pump to a
two cylinder pump is required OR from a bottom mount pump to top mount pump.
a. Please refer to TSB110064 (New Two-Cylinder High-Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly) if
replacing a three-cylinder two-piston pump with a two-cylinder pump.
b. New fuel lines are required if replacing a fuel pump gear pump with bottom mount fuel
lines. Please refer to TSB130044 (New Fuel Pump Gear Pump with Revised Fuel Line
Locations).
NOTE: Additional parts, such as gaskets and fasteners, that are required to complete
the repair but not listed, may be claimed if sufficiently explained in the claim narrative.
