Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2015 TLXs with a clientreporting on ignitionstart, the Electronic Parking
Brake (EPB) will not release causing one or bothrear wheels not to move and/or "Check Parking Brake" warning
messagedisplays in MID. To fully understandthe cause of this occurrence, AHM would like to collect specific parts from
the vehicle prior to youattempting a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
1. Troubleshooting leads technician to replace the EPB Actuator.
2. No previous repairs.
Action Required
If you have or know of such a vehicle, please callTechnical Research & Support (TRS) Group at
800-880-1072. TRSwill need to record certain vehicle information and provideyou with further instructions.
