The total number of U.S. vehicles involved is ap proximately 890,000. Please see the attached bulletin for details. Customer Letter Mailing Due to part availability, the customer letters will be mailed in phases. The customer letter mailing fo r the first phase will begin on March 5, 2013. The date for the additional phase(s) has not been determined . Global Connect (GWM ) Beginnin g February 19, 2013, the "Investigate Vehicle History" (IVH) screen will be updated on a daily basis, with approximately 100,000 VINs per day. Note: Customers will not receive their letter prior to their VIN appearing in IVH . Campaig n Initiation Detail Report (CIDR) The CIDR is not availa ble for Special Coverage Adjustments.
