//ALL TO: FROM: DATE: SUBJECT: Update. 09/03/2014 to 10/30/2014 Hyundai Dealership General Managers, Sales Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers, and Warranty Administrators Hyundai Motor America 09/03/2014 Service Campaign (TSB# 14-01-034) 930 2011 Sonata 2. 4L ECM Software Hyundai Motor America is conducting a Service Campaign to update the ECM software on certain 2011 Model Sonata 2.4L vehicles. Service Campaign 930 provides a procedure to update the ECM software. In order to identify only those vehicles affected by Service Campaign 930, it will be necessary to access Hyundai Motor America's "Warranty Vehicle Information" screen via WEBDCS before starting the repair. The "Warranty Vehicle Information" screen will identify affected vehicles with an open Service Campaign 930. A listing of VEHICLES is also located on WEBDCS, SERVICE tab, select INFORMATION, and select UNCOMPLETED CAMPAIGN VIN LISTING - RETAILED SOLD. TSB #14-01-034 is available on HMAService.com as of September 332, 2014. It contains instructions on performing the service and submitting the campaign claim. Applicable software for this campaign is available on Hyundai's Service Website. Vehicle Emission - Proof of Correction Cards and Campaign Sticker Labels are available from the PDC for states requiring them as noted in TSB# 14-01-034. Customer notification letters are scheduled to be mailed the week of September 8, 2014. It is IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT A CAMPAIGN CLAIM FOR EACH VEHICLE SERVICED so your dealership can be compensated for your work and Hyundai can maintain accurate records of campaign completions.
