VSC MIL "ON " with OTC C1433 . Steering angle value in ABSrfRAC ECU is -1044 degrees or 1044
degrees and does not change as steering wheel is turned.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Refer to Spiral Cable Removal section of the Repair Manual for proper inspection of the Spiral Cable
prior to completing diagnosis.
