CONDITION
Some customers who have updated their Apple iPhones to iOS 6 .0 may encounter no sound from the
audio system when selecting the BT Audio tab on the Media screen. In addition at times when the
customer presses the Song title button or the Album button no information will be displayed . This
condition tends to occur after listening to Pandora or iHeart radio via Enform .
RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently the user will need to change to the Music APP on their iPhone to initiate Bluetooth audio
sound from the audio system . After changing to the Music APP now song title and Album information
can be selected using the navigation system display.
