Subject: URGENT IMPORTANT WE BEX Wednesday April 16: Ignition Switch Recall Update
With the notification and bulletins for the Ignition Switch Recall being released, we are receiving multiple inquiries related to parts availability, repair procedures, lock
cylinders, and ordering system delays. In response, we felt it would be beneficial to level-set all affected dealers with an update status in these and other areas. We
would like to invite affected dealers to an Ignition Switch Recall Update web meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. EDT. This session will be
hosted by Tim Turvey, GM North America Vice President CCA, and members of his staff, and is suitable for Dealer Operators, General Managers, Parts Managers, and
Seivice Managers who have questions and a desire to get additional clarification regarding the Ignition Switch Recalls.
Details regarding the meeting and how to join in are listed below. We will be using the Web Chat feature to collect questions/feedback during the session. Please
note that this is a GM Confidential meeting, and is open only to affected GM dealership employees and invited GM employees; please be prepared to provide your
identification/BAC code/credentials as requested when calling in.
