VSC MIL "ON " with OTC C1433. Steering angle va lue in ABSfTRAC ECU is -1044 degrees or 1044
degrees and does not change as steering wheel is turned .
RECOMMENDATIONS
Refer to Spiral Cable Removal section of the Repair Manual for proper inspection of the Spiral Cable
prior to completing diagnosis .
