Introduction
Some 2013 model year ES 300h/350 and RX 350/450h vehicles equipped with Lexus Display Audio
(non-navigation) may experience a transition delay on the display screen when shifting the vehicle
from "R" to "D" and while an object is being detected in the corner sensor. If this condition exists,
replacement of the audio head unit is necessary to address this condition.

• This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months
or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
• Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this
bulletin.
NOTE
Please order a replacement radio through the applicable radio exchange program per the Lexus
Warranty Policy and Procedures, " Policy 4.13: Audio Systems Warranty" .

1. Confirm the condition described in the introduction exists.
2. Replace the radio assembly.
