Customer states the engine will not crank when the key is in the START position.
This issue is currently under investigation.
Please confirm that the customer's concern is not related·to a discharged battery or due to any
aftermarket accessory issues.
If the battery is confirmed to be properly charged and there are no aftermarket accessories causing ·
the condition ; please contact Technical Assi stance (TAS) to submit details on vehicles identified
matching the:condition described above prior to repair.
If you are attempting to contact TAS on a weekend or TMS holiday, continue with diagnosis and
submit the requested information on the next available work day. Retain all replaced parts and
technician notes for possible review with TMS TAS Product En ineer.
