DESCRIPTION:
Accessory windshield sunshade part numbers 20905185, 22915762, 22915765 and 22915767
are being quarantined due to a quality concern with an internal component of the sunshade.
Inventory with a Julian Date of 13129 or less is affected and should be returned. This Part
Return will remove the quarantined parts from ADI inventory.
Return quarantined inventory of part numbers 20905185, 22915762, 22915765 and
22915767. The attached file reflects inventory quarantined at each ADI.

September 23-0ctober 11 , 2013
ORDER INPUT:
ADls will need to order replacement inventory as necessary.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Mail a separate Application to Return (PC 659) to servicing PDC and indicate:
1. Type of Return - Check "12"
2. Comment Colu mn - "Reference action Return Bulletin ADl13-006"
Return Authorization:
PC 78F will indicate "ship-to" destination. Prepaid freight will be reimbursed.
