SPECIAL RETURN -VINYL REAR MAT PACKAGES (P/N 19300743 AND 19300744)
DESCRIPTION:
Vinyl floor mat package part numbers 19300743 and 19300744 contain incorrect content. The floor mat
supplier is correcting the issue and will have replacement inventory available soon. Inventory shipped on
or after June 3, 2013, (Julian date code 13154 or greater) contains the correct package content.
Return quarantined inventory of part numbers 19300743 and 19300744. The attached file reflects
shipments made to each ADI.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
Immediately-June 28, 2013
ORDER INPUT:
As replacement inventory becomes available, CCA will submit orders on behalf of the ADls to replenish
inventory quantities being returned.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Mail a separate Application to Return (PC 659) to servicing PDC and indicate:
1. Type of Return - Check "12"
2. Comment Column - "Reference action Return Bulletin ADl13-006"
Return Authorization :
PC 78F will indicate "ship-to" destination. Prepaid freight will be reimbursed.
