DESCRIPTION:
Cargo mat part number 22890532 was packaged with the incorrect color mat in the package.
This only affects part number 22890532 with Julian date of 013190. This part return bulletin
will remove p/n 22890532 quarantined inventory from the ADI inventory.
Return quarantined inventory of part number 22890532. The attached file reflects quarantined
inventory at the affected ADls .
EFFECTIVE DATE:
Immediately-August 16, 2013
ORDER INPUT:
CCA will submit orders on behalf of the ADls , to replace inventory being returned.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Mail a separate Application to Return (PC 659) to servicing PDC and indicate:
1. Type of Return - Check "12"
2. Comment Column - "Reference action Return Bulletin ADl13-006"
Return Authorization:
PC 78F will indicate "ship-to" destination . Prepaid freight will be reimbursed.
