Jaguar Land Rover have been made aware of a concern with the Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) on DVD139 where SDD displays a
message 'The vehicle Identification number entered is not valid, please enter a valid number', and SDD cannot be used with the vehicle.
Cause:
Not Identified.
Action:
Jaguar Land Rover Engineering department are still currently working on a fix to resolve this concern, until then we have identified a
workaround which will allow IDS Classic to be launched. This will require a seeded code which can be supplied from your in market
technical support.
