Description:
This bulletin describes the replacement service parts for the Remote Engine Start (RES) accessory.
Refer to the table on the following pages to determine the correct part number by applicable model
and year. When troubleshooting Remote Engine Start operation, replace the individual component
required for proper operation, not the entire Remote Engine Start Kit.

• When troubleshooting the Remote Engine Start accessory, identify the suspected causal part
and determine the correct part number for the model year and vehicle application from the table.
• Following this procedure will minimize repair time and unnecessary disassembly operation.
*NOTE
Do not order the complete Remote Engine Start Accessory Kit to troubleshoot
or replace a single component. Or~er the causal part separately.
