ATM Diagnosis Worksheet
The ATM Diagnosis Worksheet is out of stock at the PDC. HMA will
provide new stock in 3-4 weeks.
Whenever an automatic transmission is replaced, the ATM Diagnosis
worksheet is required to be completed. The form must be enclosed in
the plastic envelope, together with the Core Return Checklist, and
shipped with the transmission core.
Until stock is available, the form can be printed from
