12/19/2014 to 01/16/2015 Hyundai Dealership General Managers , Sales Managers , Service Managers , Parts Managers , and Warranty Administrators Hyundai Motor America FROM : DATE : 12/19/14 SUBJECT : Service Campaign TWl - 2015 Equus Mood Light Inspection and Replacement (TSB# 14 - 01 - 061) -Dealer Stock//ALL TO : Hyundai Motor America is conducting a Service Campaign to inspect the mood light and if necessary replace the mood light on certain dealer stock 2015 Model Year Equus vehicles . Service Campaign TWl provides a procedure to inspect and replace the mood light . In order to identify only those vehicles affected by Service Campaign TWl , it will be necessary to access Hyundai Motor America ' s " Warranty Vehicle Information " screen via WEBDCS before starting the repair . The "Warranty Vehic l e Information " screen will identify affected vehicles with an open Service Campaign TWl. A listing of VEHIC LES is also located on WEBDCS, SERVICE tab , select INFORMATION, and select UNCOMPLETED CAMPAIGN VIN LISTING DEALER STOCK. TSB #14 - 01 - 061 is available on Hyundai ' s Website as of December 19 , 2014 . It contains instructions on performing the service and submi tting the campaign claim . The mood lamp and pad can be ordered using number parts ordering procedure with vehicle VIN. Please be aware that these parts are marked as non-returnable It is IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT A CAMPAIGN CLAIM FOR EACH VEHICLE SERVICED so your dealership can be compensated for your work and Hyundai can maintain accurate records of campaign completions .
