Condition/Concern
Customers may comment of no map DVD, Compact Flash Card, or SD card supplied with the vehicle.
Recommendation/Instructions
Please refer to the SPID label or GM VIS to verify RPO codes IO6 or UY4 (Cadillac CUE) or UHQ (Chevrolet MyLink/
Buick IntelliLink with Navigation) is listed. Vehicles equipped with RPO IO6, UY4, or UHQ have mapping data stored
internal to the radio. No external media supplied with the vehicle.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is
resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
