Android Display Audio Screen Goes Blank During LaneWatch™
Camera Aiming
AFFECTED VEHICLES
2016 Pilot with Android Display Audio
When LaneWatch camera aiming is complete, the Android Display Audio (ADA) screen should switch back to the
LaneWatch camera view. However, due to a bug in the audio/audio-navigation unit, the screen may go blank and the unit
may lock up instead.
If that happens, here’s a work-around so you can check if the camera aiming is complete.
1. Turn the ignition to OFF, then back to ON.
2. Press the LaneWatch button on the end of the turn signal lever and watch the ADA screen.
•
If you see Aiming Failed, check your aiming target setup and repeat the aiming procedure.
•
If you see the LaneWatch camera view, go to step 3.
3. Turn off the LaneWatch camera and enter the Audio Diagnostic Mode. Select Detail Information and Settings,
Functional Setup, and LaneWatch.
4.
Check the Aiming line on the LaneWatch screen.
•
If you see OK, camera aiming is complete.
•
If you see NG, check your aiming target setup and repeat the aiming procedure.
