Repair orders for Service Campaign TR2, TR4 & TR5 with effective dates noted above may
be submitted as campaign claims. Campaign claims with repair order dates on or after
06/07/2016 will be rejected for Service Campaign TR2, TR4 & TR5. Please ensure that your
dealership has submitted claims for service campaign TR2, TR4 & TR5 on or before June 10,
2016.
