Bulletin No.: PIC6193A Date: Apr-2016 Subject: Cannot Save XM Favorites Models: 2014-2016 Buick LaCrosse, Regal 2013-2016 Cadillac ATS models, CTS models, ELR, Escalade, SRX, XTS 2014-2016 Chevrolet Camaro, Colorado, Corvette, Impala, Malibu, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, Volt 2014-2016 GMC Canyon, Sierra, Yukon models Equipped with 8 inch touch screen radio display This PI was superseded to update Admin Details, please discard PIC6193. Condition/Concern Some customers may comment that they cannot save additional XM favorites after an undetermined amount of XM favorites have already been stored. The amount of XM favorites in radio memory will vary before the concern repeats. The favorite will highlight when selected but will not save an additional XM station. AM or FM favorites can be saved in that same location. Recommendation/Instructions Do not make any repairs or replace any parts. Please contact GM Technical Assistance to review concern. Customer Information Please communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is currently evaluating this concern. This PI will be updated with additional details as they become available.
