Helicopter/Skipping Noise from Audio Unit

When playing the audio unit, are you hearing a noise from the speakers that sounds like a helicopter hovering or a CD
skipping? This noise seems to be influenced by the Neural (surround sound) setting. When it’s turned off, the noise
stops. When it’s turned on, the noise starts up again. This noise is also canceled when you cycle the ignition.
We’re aware of this problem and are making good progress with our investigation. We expect to wrap things up and post
a service bulletin with repair info by the end of this coming September.
In the meantime, do not replace any components. Doing so won’t fix this problem.
