ATS 160704 Version 1
Bluetooth® Won’t Connect Soon After Pairing Phone to Two ADA
Units
AFFECTED VEHICLES
2016 Accord EX and above and 2016 Pilot EX and above equipped with Android Display Audio (ADA)
If your customer happens to own an ADA-equipped Pilot and Accord (or two of each model) and pairs his or her phone
to both ADA units, he or she may find that Bluetooth won’t connect soon after pairing. Furthermore, disconnecting the
phone and pairing it again to the ADA units won’t fix it.
We’re aware of this issue and we’ve updated replacement ADA unit parts stock for the Pilot and should have updated
parts stock available for the Accord starting this coming August.
