SYMPTOM
There is a rubbing, popping, or clicking type noise from one or both of the front doors when opened.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The door gap seal, on the leading edge of the front doors contacts and rubs against the front fender when opening the
door.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Identify the side making the noise, and replace the front door gap seal on that affected side. Do not adjust the door or
fender to resolve the noise because it may cause a road or wind leak noise inside the cabin.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Identify the side making the noise by opening and closing the front doors.
2. Open the front door on the side making the noise, and remove all of the fasteners on the front door gap seal.

3. Once all the fasteners are removed, pull the seal up and out to remove it from the doorjamb area.
4. Install a new front door gap seal behind the door hinges, and install each fastener into its slotted hole.
5. Open and close the door multiple times to confirm the noise is gone.
