Technical Service Bulletin Audi Production Solution Updated combi valves and vacuum solenoid. Service 1. Before performing any repair, determine if Scenario A or Scenario B is causing the condition. Scenario A is the cause if: • One or both of the DTCs listed in the Condition is stored. • The bit for MIL on shows "1" for one OTC only (Figure 1). Scenario B is the cause if: • Both of the DTCs listed in the Condition are stored. • The DTCs were stored at the same time. • The bit for MIL on shows "1" for both DTCs. 2. Depending on which scenario is present, replace the defective part: For Scenario A: • Replace the combi valve of the bank with the OTC that caused the MIL to illuminate.
