Technical Service Bulletin Service Verify condition by observing engine sound during cold start. If the rattling noise comes from the area of the timing chains (back of the engine) for 1-3 seconds after the first start of the day, replace both upper chain tensioners of bank 1 and bank 2 with the optimized chain tensioners.
