GENERAL MANAGER q PARTS MANAGER q q SERVICE INFORMATION APPLICABILITY: SUBJECT: NUMBER: 02-158-14 2010-15 Legacy Models with 3.6L H6 Engine Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner Component Changes DATE: 11/21/14 INTRODUCTION This Service Information bulletin announces changes to the component parts of the accessory drive belt tensioner assembly used on 3.6L H-6 engines. These design changes will increase the rigidity of the tensioner assembly while improving production efficiency. COUNTERMEASURE IN PRODUCTION The new accessory belt tensioner components were incorporated into production on July 18, 2014 starting with Engine Number: 552158. PART INFORMATION PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION 13086AA200 BRKT- TENSIONER 13082AA020 STOPPER- BELT ADJ 13063AA020 WASH- BELT ADJ 800110670 BOLT- 10 X 70 X 70 1. BRKT-TENSIONERDiameter of the adjuster bolt hole increased to match M10 bolt (8.5mm to 10.5mm) 2. S TOPPER-BELT ADJShape changed to prevent damage to the mounting bracket and to accomodate increased bolt size from M8 to M10.
