Here are a few key dates in the near term: Sept. 16 Oct. 18 Oct. 24 Nov. 3 Final day for 2.0L class members to opt out of the settlement class Final approval hearing for 2.0L TOI consumer settlement Deadline to submit 3.0L generation 2 SUV emissions modification Status conference in U.S. District Court in San Francisco on 3.0L TOI matter Thank you for your time, attention and dedication as we work to resolve this matter.
