Some 2017 Transit vehicles without the Ford upfitter switch option may exhibit a lack of electrical
power at the BL-GY wire of the Customer Interface Connector located under the driver seat. This
circuit is intended for aftermarket upfitter accessories that require electrical power in the start and
run position. Engineering is aware and is currently investigating. Monitor OASIS for future updates.
Dealers with customers affected by this issue are requested to submit a Global Concern Report by
clicking the Report a Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of the OASIS screen and include the
number of affected vehicles.
