An error light for the rear spoiler may be illuminated. Technical Background The rear spoiler operation can be restricted due to corrosion in the spoiler drive unit. As a result, the rear spoiler becomes stiff and does not reach its end points. This may cause a rear spoiler error light to be illuminated. Production Solution The drive hinges are now pre-oiled at the supplier. The material of the hinge bushings has also been improved. Page 1 of 3 © 2016 Audi of America, Inc. All rights reserved.
