Front Seat Heaters Intermittently Won’t Work After Remote Engine
Start

2015 TLX Advance
We’re getting reports of this issue after doing a remote engine start:
•
The front seat heaters intermittently won’t work.
•
The heat level indicators come on for 1 second when first touched, then immediately goes off.
•
The cool level indicators, however, work normally.
•
The front seat heaters won’t respond to voice commands.
•
Front seat heater operation can only be restored by cycling the ignition and rebooting the navigation system.
We’re currently reviewing this issue and suspect the front seat heater control unit may be the culprit. To help with our
investigation, we’d like to collect front seat heater control units from vehicles with this issue. If you get such a vehicle, call
