Navigation Position at Startup Incorrect; Audio Unit Presets Blank at
Startup; Helicopter/CD Skipping Noise

Do you have a vehicle in your shop for any of these issues?
•
When starting up the vehicle, the navigation system position is incorrect.
•
When starting up the vehicle, the audio unit presets are blank (there’s no text in the boxes).
•
When playing the audio unit with the Neural (surround sound) setting turned on, you hear a noise from the speakers
that sounds like a helicopter hovering or a CD skipping.
We want you to know we have them under investigation and have found the root cause for all three. We’ll be releasing
an audio unit software update along with a service bulletin in early 2017.
Until then, don’t replace any audio/navigation components for these issues.
