Background American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2015 TLXs with a client reporting on ignition start, the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) will not release causing one or both rear wheels not to move and/or "Check Parking Brake" warning message displays in MID. To fully understand the cause of this occurrence, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind. Qualifiers 1. One or more of these EPB related DTCs may be set: C1100, C1110, C1111 or C1120. 2. Troubleshooting leads technician to replace the EPB Actuator. 3. No previous repairs. Action Required If you have or know of such a vehicle, please call Technical Research & Support (TRS) Group at 800-880-1072.TRS will need to record certain vehicle information and provide you with further instructions.
