Background American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2014-2015 CR-Vs with a customer complaint of wind noise coming from the rear doors or the areas around/near the rear doors. To fully understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific information/parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind. Qualifiers AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements: 1. Must confirm deformed or distorted rear door run channel. 2. No previous accidents or repairs related to the rear door run channel. Action Required If you have or know of such a vehicle, please call Technical Research & Support (TRS) Group at 800-880-1072.
