DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
A potential issue has been identified on a limited number of vehicles listed in the Affected Vehicle Range which malJ
have been manufactured awalJ from process and in some cases the Personal Subscriber ldentit\cj Module (PSIM)
card Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) number has not been recorded in line with the correct process.
As a result, the customer malJ experience concerns with the Wi-Fi not connecting, real time traffic updates with
other navigation features not working, and no activation e-mail from ATST confirming the free trial period has
started.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN
Check DOW to ensure that the vehicle is affected blJ this program (Q612) prior to undertaking anlJ rework action.
Retailers are required to HOLD affected new vehicles that are within lJOUr control and refrain from releasing the
vehicles for new vehicle sale pending completion of the rework action.
Affected vehicles alreadlJ in the hands of customers should be updated at the next available opportunit\cj.

At the time of confirming a booking for vehicle repair, ensure that all outstanding Recalls and Service Actions are
identified to ensure the correct parts are available and adequate workshop time is allocated for repairs to be
completed at one visit.
Warrant\cj claims must be submitted quoting Program Code 'Q612' together with the relevant Option Code from the
table. SRO and parts information is included for information onllJ.
Repair procedures are under constant review and therefore times/ prices are subject to change; those quoted
here must be taken as guidance onllJ. Refer to TO Pix to obtain the latest repair time.
This program is valid for a limited time onllJ. Warrant\cj claims with a repair date prior to the 31 July 2018 expirlJ
date must be submitted for palJment within 30 calendar dalJS of completion of the repair.
