2014 - 2015 Accord Paint Cracking Concern
Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2014 - 2015 Accords with the customer reporting a paint cracking
concern. To fully understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect information from the vehicle in a
specific condition prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1. No previous paint repairs.
2. No accidents.
3. Only the following colors:
a. NH731 P Crystal Black Pearl
b. B588P Obsidian Blue Pearl
c. R548P Basque Red Pearl II
Action Required
