ISSUE
Some 2015-2016 Transit Connect vehicles may exhibit a water leak into the passenger side footwell.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Is water leaking into the passenger side footwell?
a. Yes - check the evaporator core drain tube and reattach the evaporator core drain tube, if loose or disconnected.
(Figure 1)
