The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern
Concern of DTC P2270 setting along with any of the following codes P0140, P0139, P0138, P0137, P013A, P013B on vehicles built at the Fort Wayne assembly
plant during February 2013.
Recommendation/Instructions
Check connector X131 for a bent terminal F as indicated in the attached PIC and repair per SI procedures.
If no connector issue is found, follow SI diagnostics.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the
remaining steps do not need to be performed.
